It’s a very sturdy buckle, easy to unbuckle with one hand.
If you want to use it on a hip belt I would buy 2x additional strap keepers.
Even though it’s double adjusted the male part moves quiet freely along the webbing strap. A tight strap keeper reduces the movement but does allow for adjustment.
Remember to add a keeper to your order!
