We only ship with registered (signed) mail which can be tracked (unregistered option is only possible for Austria and Germany).
Tracking is registered only before it leaves our country and after it arrives in destination country. (Australia, Canada and Norway doesn’t register packages so tracking it’s not visible)

Dostava
Pošiljke znotraj Slovenije bodo dostavljene s Pošto Slovenije.
Osebni prevzem
Fizične trgovine nimamo, je pa kljub temu možen prevzem naročenih izdelkov v skladišču na Tacenski 12 v Ljubljani (Vhod je iz Arkove ulice). Dosegljivi smo med delavniki od 7 do 15h.
Pomembno:
- Gotovine ne sprejemamo, nujno je predhodno naročilo in plačilo izdelkov preko spleta.
- Počakajte na elektronsko sporočilo, kjer vam sporočimo da je naročilo pripravljeno za prevzem
Opomba:
GPS navigacija vas bo pripeljala na Tacensko 12 iz napačne strani. Vhod je iz Arkove ulice. Nahajamo se nasproti železniške postaje Vižmarje, natančnejša lokacija je prikazana na zemljevidu.
